Hello!  Thank you for partnering with us for London Health and Spirituality Expo! We're expecting spirit to provide wonderful weather, excited crowds and lots of connection. 

This page contains everything you need to know about the setup, the day and your participation.

First things first...

Your POC at the Expo.

ALL questions, situations, inquiries, etc. at the Expo, are to be directed to Ashley Burt. Ashley is the trouble shooter for the day and is to be the first point of contact for any situations that may arise. As my focus will be on other tasks at the event, this will be Ashley's role. I appreciate your support and understanding.  

Your Space.

  • Your space includes a 6' table. 2 chairs (if required) and table cloth. Colour of table cloth is unknown.
  • Table spaces are not being assigned. Allow your intuition to be your guide.  When entering the ballroom set the intention that the universe will provide you with the right space in the right place. If you need assistance, we will have volunteers available (with orange clipboards). We have done this with past events and vendors appreciated the flexibility. Smile. All is well.  :)
  • WiFi is included and password will be provided at the venue.

Setup Information.

Saturday 4-7pm and Sunday after 7am.

Park, enter and unload in the rear.

Join us for a complimentary Meet and Greet Breakfast 8-930am. Coffee/Tea and Continental Breakfast to be served in the Oxford Boardroom.

All tables to be ready by 930am.

Opening Ceremony starts at 10am.

Bonus! Breakfast and light lunch is available for our exhibitors, speakers and event volunteers.


Electrical is not being provided/coordinated by the hotel. If you require electrical, please plan to arrive early and bring your own extension cords, tape, and/or power bars.
