WHAT KINDS OF OFFERINGS? 

Last year we had 70+ organizations offer a multitude of interactive and informative activities.

Activities such as: Drumming and other instruments, bath bomb and lip balm making, communication workshops, spiritual readings, energy healing, yoga classes, belly dancing, conversation circles, arabic calligraphy, art therapy, Kombucha and olive oil sampling, Reiki, DIY home cleaning products, meditation, knitting and crocheting workshops, pottery, improv, massage, guided painting and more!  Be creative! If you need ideas, please ask.

CAN I CHARGE A FEE FOR MY HOSTED ACTIVITY?

In the past, some have charged a small fee to cover their materials and others took donations that were donated to a charitable cause.

Commonly, the fees were drastically discounted (or free) which made it enticing and accessible for the community to try many things.

CAN I SELL ITEMS/PRODUCTS OR SERVICES?

Yes, you may sell products and services.  This however is not the purpose of the event. Creating an interactive activity is your first line of sale. If you have any questions, please ask. 

HOW CAN I CREATE A MEANINGFUL EXPERIENCE FOR MY ATTENDEES?

Think interactive, personal, engaging, informative and beneficial. Things like workshops, hands-on activities, humourous, practical, conversational, experiential, relaxing, exciting and more. Need ideas? Ask us! 

Depending on your service or product, give them an insight into the personal side of your business. Introduce yourself and be sure to tell them why you started and a bit about you. There are many different ways and opportunities to share about you and your business. Be creative and give them just enough so that they get a good idea of what you do and can't help but be excited for more. Need ideas? Ask us! 

Whatever you decide to do, be sure to share a visual schedule and sign up sheet so that attendees know what you're doing and how they can get involved. Limit the number of attendees for each session and be sure to offer many program(s) throughout the day.  Need ideas? Ask us!

GIVE THEM A REASON TO CONNECT WITH YOU AGAIN! Create a special offer!

You've invested the time to connect, continue to strengthen and maintain that connection outside Inspiration Fest. As business owners, we should be doing this at every single event we go to or we're wasting our time and money on these marketing initiatives. Following your workshop, group, session, activity, or interaction, give them a reason to connect with you again. Create signage, a coupon, or an offer!

*Prices do not include hst.
*Business Partner space includes 10x10 space. Partners supply your own tent, table, etc.
*Kidpreneur fee includes shared table and chair.
*Food Partner includes 12x12 space.
*Event setup is before 11am.
