Conscious Parenting Forums: Insights and answers for parenting in more conscious and compassionate ways.

September 27, 2018 Raising Resilient Children

In our culture, as parents and guardians, we’ve become accustomed to protecting our children. We don’t want to see our kids suffer. We want them to be comfortable. But what happens when they eventually encounter challenges that require them to problem solve, or handle the unexpected?

As parent’s, it isn’t our job to be there all the time.

Join us at The Conscious Parent Forum where you can:

Get answers. Bring your most difficult questions to our panel of experts.

Get support. Connect to agencies and organizations who can help.

Get confident. About your parenting abilities.

Does your highly sensitive, creative and heart-centered tween or teen experience anxiety, depression or feel like they don't belong?

Do they feel overwhelmed, emotional or exhausted after being around crowds or intense emotional situations?

Do they turn to food or other unconscious habits to calm their anxiety?

Does their very strong moral compass typically not align with the majority?

Does their compassion for all life, people and things guide their decisions, activities, friendships and choices?

What if all these symptoms were because of their high sensitivity and actually a gift?!  What if they could understand that all these things were actually a gift?  What if they could realize and embrace how they have been created perfectly?  What if they could recognize that their gifts were created and can be used for good?  To make the world a better place? To create more unity, love and oneness that they already know can exist.

What if they realized the knowing that they already have... a knowing of things they've never been taught. What if they had access to workshops, coaches, mentoring, spiritual guidance, a listening ear, resources, opportunities and assistance that could help them embrace who they are!  What if they could connect with other kind, creative, sensitive and gifted individuals?  How would this change their life? Their decisions? Their future?

At The Social Beehive we host events and a community space that connect conscious people and socially conscious business in authentic and meaningful ways.  Although we host events for all members of a family, we have a particular passion for highly-sensitive and creative, heart-centered tweens and teens (12-18).  We provide the space, events and social programming with focus on creativity, life skills, spiritual and emotional wellness and world-issues/social justice with a focus on oneness and pure possibility.

The CYP program is coordinated by The Social Beehive™ and features a supportive, gentle and creative team of passionate and skilled professionals with a breadth of knowledge and experience.

Our Program: The focus is on creativity, life skills, emotional wellness, and open discussions about spirituality and world-issues.
